How do I rent a unit?

Pick a size and tap Rent to finish online in a few minutes, or tap reserve by text and a person here will hold it in your name. You can also call and do the whole thing on the phone.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Every unit is month to month, so you only pay for the time you need, and you give notice when you are done.

What are the access hours?

The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern.

How does the first month discount work?

Rent at the online rate and your first month is discounted, applied automatically to your first invoice. The regular rate starts in your second month. There is no code to enter.

What sizes do you have?

Drive-up units in 5×10, 10×10, 10×15 and 10×20. The sizes open online right now are listed above with their prices. For anything else, call or text and a person here will tell you what is available.

Are the units climate controlled?

No. Every unit here is a ground-level drive-up unit with a roll-up door, so you can pull up to the door and unload straight in.
